They are offering a very good service. Also the vibe inside their clinic is very positive. That's maybe one of the reason why my cat gets comfortable that easy.
Their service is good but they need to hire more people so waiting time can be reduced.
I am not so familiar with the Pets 'n Us Veterinary Clinic, not until one of my friend told me to try to bring my cat here. Anyway her name is "Kitty". So my Kitty is a very shy cat. She's not use to be touched by other people. We use to try some Veterinay Clinic before, but we haven't find the right one for my Kitty. But this time I think I find the right clinic for her. Ah oh! by the way she's comfortable with all the staff handing her. Their service is good.
