SALT sprouted from a truck on Kite Beach in Dubai with the idea that real ingredients taste better. We wanted to bring people together to enjoy a simpler lifestyle, disconnecting from our demanding daily routines. The truck had long lines and attracted large crowds wherever it appeared.

We have since parked permanently on Kite Beach, and expanded to a beach house resort where SALTERS can hang out and spend time together, enjoying beautiful views and relaxing sounds.

Ever since, we’ve expanded with locations in Mushrif Central Park in Abu Dhabi and another in Ajman, spreading a lifestyle movement around sharing an enriching dining and social experience.
