High-quality products and customer service. They need to do something about the space.
I easily get irritated every time I am in a place where space is an issue. Al Khayam Supermarket has all the essentials products. Aside from good customer service from the staff, high-quality products, and accessibility advantage, obviously, I can't ask for more. This is more than enough. But still, if they are into overall customer satisfaction, at least try to do something about the space. It is a big deal you know.
