Review about Al Sheraa Furniture from Moon Maze

Good customer service. The product is of good quality and the price is so affordable. They just mistakenly delivered incomplete furniture parts. But they managed to take immediate action.
I ask for the delivery of the furniture I purchased from Al Sheraa Furniture. I did not expect that they will deliver it with missing parts. I requested an immediate refund but they gave me an alternative solution. They apologize and delivered the missing part of the furniture I bought from them. All and all, I am still satisfied with the product and service.
