I've encountered some difficulties in picking up the photos I request to develop since they can't find my files. However during my stay they treat me well and ensures that I will not be pissed off, they offer me drinks and ensure that i was ok while waiting. This kind of customer service is what I'm looking for since error in services cannot be avoided this should be the least that can be done.
