Review about Dubai Central Post Office from Enrillie Lhor

The ambiance outside and inside is good. Employees wear a smile on their faces even if they are already tired. Poor customer service in a way that there is a need to hire more employees so they could meet the demand of customers.
I spend too much time at the Dubai Central Office. People keep on coming inside which causes the place to get crowded. Good customer service should be maintained because it is very important. I hope it changes now. I don't exactly know when I last visited Dubai Central Post Office but hoping that they have improved. After all, good customer service deserves by everyone. Anyway, I might go back next month.
