Carluccio’s was established in 1999 by Antonio Carluccio, the noted chef and restaurateur who developed his passion for food growing up in the culinary-rich Piedmont region of Italy. Many of our Italian suppliers were discovered by Antonio and many of our dishes are based on his flavour-filled recipes. He remains an inspiration today.

When we opened the first Carluccio's restaurant - our aim was to provide great quality, authentic Italian food at sensible prices. We also wanted to allow informal but excellent service to our customers. The aim remains the same today.
