This thesis, carried out in cooperation with Onera, is part of the field of battlefield surveillance. The objective of the work is to study and develop a technique that merges different sources of information, to assess the tactical situation over a large area of ​​observation, this semi-automatically in near real time. This evaluation is carried out in two stages. The first carries out a global assessment of the situation by using a new multi-path tracking (or tracking) technique by hybridization of the GM-CPHD filter and the MHT under road constraints from the GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator) data. This new algorithm is suitable for tracking nearby targets. Then, the second step carries out a more detailed evaluation of the situation by detecting objects of interest such as convoys by the integration of other types of data (SAR, video). The detection is based on the use of Bayesian networks and their credible version.
