The strategic assessment of pan-European infrastructure projects is part of a recent and still undeveloped problem. The objective is to consider current and future flows of passengers and goods with priority infrastructures, in their own spatial, territorial and multimodal inscription, with a view to extending the trans-European transport network "TEN-T" by corridors priorities and to create links with third countries.
