This work studies the morphology of wadis in the region of Sfax and the evolution of landscapes during the Upper Quaternary period. It presents a chrono-stratigraphy diagram of the region and determines the factors of morphogenesis. Dominated mainly by young and tender formations, the region has inherited, especially during the Holocene, forms and deposits quite varied and well calibrated chronologically. Their implementation is controlled by climatic and eustatic factors. However, man intervenes as a determining morphogenic factor since ancient times. The study of the evolution of the landscapes made it possible to note interesting indications as for the erosive crisis and the evolution of the wadi plot and to determine the period during which it was activated.
