Bu Tafish has gone from a small seafood kiosk surrounded by sun umbrellas and chairs to one of the biggest seafood chains in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Sharjah. Its legendary story started when Hajj Radwan Othman Ishtay (known as Bu Tafish) established Bu Tafish Seafood Restaurant in 1968.
