Bad Management
My experience with the management of Al Fardan Real Estate is very bad.
They are giving me very hard time to giving my security deposit cheque back. It's almost been 2 months and they are miscommunicating and delaying with excuses. The Manager himself is giving excuses for last one and a half month.
I have also requested Dubai Land Department to help me out.
