rude unprofessional staff and poor service
I went to the JBR branch and had the worst experience ever! I got my hair cut by this person called Soniya. She cut my hair well and then asked me if she could blow dry my hair. She must have spent maximum 5 minutes on my hair drying it. When I came out to pay the bill, she had charged me 200 AED extra for the 5 minute blow dry. When I tried talking to her about it, she was rude and started yelling. It was the most ridiculous thing ever!
