first time impression

rude staff, prices increased
My husband review. First time was really good, but second time there was totally rushed. No shampoo. Staff were arguing about their shift. Really poor experience. Disappointing and waste of money. Very expensive place and not worth it. Giving 2 stars because first time was good, otherwise would have rated 1. Won't return.
