unprofessional and no punctuality
Booked to do a service at 6pm and they kept me waiting until 6:35!!! There excuse was they don’t have available rooms! Then why did you gave me the appointment?! I had another commitment, so I left without doing anything. They didn’t bother to call and apologize! Really disappointing. Just wasted my time there.
