It was one of the worst spa experiences I ever had. I waited for the therapist in the relaxation area. The treatment was very confusing. I asked her what procedures she is following she mentioned that the lady in the reception told her not to use any machines they had as I did not like them to be used. I realized that I will probably have on the spot facial done as suggested by them: what is on the internet page and what they do there is different. She must have had some training because the application of products was good but the moment the machine was inside, I ended up being worried as she was not very skilled when using it. The whole experience was not at all what I expected.
