THIS! I have been searching for something to help with my annoying adult cystic acne and THIS does it. Finally. Some type of relief from the painful bumps. It has smoothed out all normal zits and noticeably cleaned my clogged pores but probably the best thing is how much it has shrunk my cystic acne. Now, I will say it didn't get RID of the cysts completely but there is a huge difference! I will say this though- use white wash clothes and towels when you are using this stuff! (Green turns orange with bleach) It bleaches everything. Also- watch out for your pillow cases (gray turns orange with bleach. Lovely) it's worth it though- I don't even care! One tip though: have a great moisturizer to use in conjunction with this because it will dry your skin out and make it flaky and itchy if you aren't careful. I really like the treat marshmallow moisture balm. Between the two my face looks so much better!
