Went to JLT branch twice. First time was bad. Second time was a nightmare. Damaged my nails. I had to file my own nails sitting there because the specialist had no idea how to do it. Old fashioned. They applied nail polish on only half the nail. Had very thick gelish manicure on my 10 different nails. Sent photos to the manager and complained and asked for my money back after all the damage that caused my nails and she refused to refund.
I'd never go back and I'd never recommend to anyone because of my frustrating experience.
