website is informative and easy to use even to the people of determination
transit period is too long
We've tried to use Emirates Post for our shipment from Germany to UAE but it seems the transit period is too long it takes more than 14 days, not recommended in business with urgent delivery needs. But it's good in the shipment that doesn't need a hurry for a reason that it is more affordable than DHL or other international couriers. Customer service is kind, the website is informative and easy to use even to the people of determination there are some options that you can use if you are blind or there is some problem with your eyesight.

Description:

Emirates Post & Universal Postal Union

The United Arab Emirates has been a member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) since 1973. The UAE was elected to the 40-member Postal Operations Council (POC) of the UPU at the 25th UPU Congress held in Doha in October 2012.

Emirates Post’s Training and Development Center has obtained accreditation from UPU to conduct UPU’s training programmes for neighbouring postal corporations. In 2006, Emirates Post was selected by the UPU to host its three-day Strategy Conference in Dubai -- the first time the event was held outside the UPU headquarters.

Emirates Post actively supports various UPU initiatives and projects, including the IFS money transfer system that enables secure transfers through the postal network.
