hospital was clean
only working on an appointment basis
my experience to Pet's n Us was just ok, not as much good, nor as much bad. It looked like a very clean and organized hospital however, I went in with my cat for the first time but the lady not allowed me to meet the doctor, she said we are working on an appointment, and i came back, she was right without appointment i cant go but they must consider the emergency level as well
