3 stars for the post customer care... after less than 3 months of wearing my new bag.. one of the clips inside was broken.. going back to shop to fix it and was in shock that they don't provide any original parts for their bags.. it was very weird for me as a very know company like this suppose at least to have essential parts for such things..eventually they fixed some big metal not matching in any way the original one.....
