I bought a bag of Chloe Drew, which is in excellent condition, except that the metal literally falls apart and rusts and becomes silver when it should be gold. Chloe customer support refused to help and advised me to pay to get a fix, although the problem is tarnishing of the metal and not the wear of the product. I asked the manager to write an e-mail or call me, where they promised me that someone would be, and they never did. I followed many times, and my emails and calls went unanswered. I will never buy anything from them again!
