Totally shocking I purchased a pair of Jean's it was my first order so I was making the transaction as a guest. The money came off my debit card , I disnt recieve any conformation or order number, a total sham I have sent numerous emails with no response apparently they are closed to day for a staff holiday so no one available until monday this is friday so have to wait 3 days to contact them by phone, reading the rest of the reviews it looks like I will struggle to get the goods or a refund, it's sad!
