Ibn Battuta Mall is a combination of a museum and a shopping center at the same time. A trip to this shopping centre, like a trip to a museum, is so amazingly beautiful! In each area you will find a landmark that characterises a prototype country. For example, for India, this is an elephant with an unusual watch on its back, in the zone of China in the middle of the fountain there is a 25-meter junk - a fishing boat. The Egyptian zone is decorated with frescoes depicting ancient temples. Copies of the fountains of the Alhambra can be found in the part dedicated to Andalusia. I fell in love with the Chinese area and China! Chinese courtyard - gold ornaments, floral motifs, dragons and phoenixes, intricate beamed ceilings resting on bright red glossy columns.

Persia Court features a magnificent hand painted dome; there are pyramids in the Egypt Court; and a striking lion fountain takes centre stage in Andalusia Court. Tunisia Court offers up ancient stucco facades; China Court reflects the perils of Ibn Battuta’s visit with pirates and sunken ships, while the top of every hour in India Court is celebrated with dragons, phoenixes and wooden figures.

For some down time, choose from 21 cinema screens, including an IMAX theatre, to catch a latest release film. Getting here is also super easy – the Dubai Metro brings you right to the mall.
