Review about Sephora from Sveta Sencovets

Had no issues with them before, but they’re okay if nothing happens. In case there’s something wrong you won’t get any support from them. Attitude of the staff and the situation itself.
I bought a Bleu de Chanel perfume as a gift there. Kept it at home for a couple of days and presented it. By the end of the day the perfume started to leak all over (the pack wasn’t opened). Yesterday we went to Sephora to change it. But the manager and cashier kept saying it was our fault and that we had dropped it. The pack itself was completely untouched. Not even a single scratch or dent. That can’t be possible in case you make a damage to break the whole bottle. There was no effort from the staff side, they were just saying that they wouldn’t change the pack as it wasn’t their fault. And only after we asked the manager he made a copy of the receipt and told us that he would speak to the brand if they can help us. And they kept saying that the bottle was shaking inside and I should’ve noticed that when I was buying it. I’m sorry, who’s shaking the pack of perfume when you buy it? Especially when you buy it from the official reseller. You expect to be secure if there’s something wrong with the product itself. But now I see there’s nothing you can get but the empty promises to have a talk with the brand after being asked about it if something like this happens. Completely disappointed. Even more disappointed because it was a birthday present for another person and he had to be involved in all this.
