Brands for less has been a go to store since 2006, I was one of their early customers as i was caught by the company's name and slogan. However for quite sometime I have been left unsatisfied with their services. I expect by now the company should be grown enough to invest more in customer service. The store at Al Wahda mall is quite small and the changing area is even smaller. my friend and I had to wait a long while before we could make use of it. Then I decided to go with the online platform and I now regret doing so. An order made in over two weeks is yet to get to me and when i complain, the customer service isn't of any help. Quite disappointing.
