Quality, design, big choice.

Online delivery 📦, weak service!
I always enjoy my shopping experience with Karl Lagerfeld, not only online experience, but also in store experience. Comparing with a lot of US native brand, I am a super fan of this brand and I really like its French style. The only thing that make me unsatisfied when shopping online is the shipping address. When I selected my shipping address, which is different from my bill address, I don't know why, somehow it cannot be changed or it will show me as null address. This also happened in my last order, which was shipped to my billing address. Please fix this problem. Thanks.
