So far so good. Came with everything that it was meant to come in, and came in pristine condition. The bass is really good for the price and sound quality is wonderful. The flat cables hardly tangle which is great. The passive noise cancelation is great for environments such as subways. I Will update on any problems. The wires are strong. The earpiece is very comfortable in the ears. A choice of ear caps is given
