In my humble opinion, the most optimal monoblock for the price and specifications. I liked the monitor itself, it does not hurt my eyes. It is possible to add memory. The Dell website has the form with a pdf file, how to open it with photos of the insides with detailed information. When reinstalling from Linux to Windows 10, there is an assistant on the Dell site that will automatically install all the drivers. Wireless keyboard and mouse looks really good, I like it!
