Something wrong with the proximity sensor
The iPhone 11 is great. The screen is bright outdoors, the battery life is amazing and the pictures always come out nice and never blurry. Face unlock is great. Loud and clear phone speaker. Everything was good except the proximity sensor is not working well.
When answering the call the phone light doesn't go off its still on and any if any button touches the skin it's on. Like speaker or contact list
Something is wrong.
The proximity sensor detects when a user is holding the phone near their face during a call and turns off the display to prevent keypad presses and battery consumption from the display.
