Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard
I thought it is a battery issue to replaced both keyboard & mouse batteries but the problem was not solved. I tried reinstalling the USB drivers but no use. I tried to use it on other computers as well but the same problem was found on other computers as well. I am really very disappointed.
