historical and cultural background
not a lot of exponents
It's nice that they saved a piece of history, but it looks a bit primitive. Perhaps it should be so, therefore, an unequivocal judgment has not been formed. Any local history museum certainly looks much cooler. But as the very fact of the preservation of such a mini-village is a matter of respect. Summary - you can visit, but if you do not visit, you will not lose much ...

The Heritage Village recreates a Bedouin settlement, complete with homes made from barasti and mud and a tented Bedouin village with traditional weapons, chests and household utensils. You can enjoy pottery and weaving workshops, try a traditional coffee house, or visit a small souk which sells a mixture of traditional Bedouin handcrafts. The Heritage Village is a great place to see the more traditional aspects of Dubai life, and is ideal for uncovering artefacts and picking up a unique Dubai bowl or basket.
