lovely place at all sides

This is a large green park. The parking is quite spacious. The park has a cafe - a bakery. But I do not recommend going there. We ordered cheesecake and carrot cake. As a result, we were brought in tiny portions in which there were at least 3 kg of sugar, that's for sure. Arabs, of course, love sweets, but not to the same extent! The park has something like a botanical garden - a small section with palm trees of various varieties and other southern trees. There are fountains on the territory. In the evening, the fountains are highlighted. There is also a mini zoo with camels, llamas and goats. You can buy grass and feed the animals.

Description:

Nestled in the heart of the city on 15th Street between Airport Road and Karamah Street, Umm Al Emarat Park is one of the largest and oldest parks in Abu Dhabi.

Originally named just Mushrif Park and built in 1982 as a park for ladies and children, the newly renamed Umm Al Emarat Park has recently reopened after extensive renovation.
The Animal Barn is operated in partnership with Emirates Park Zoo and will house 12 animals including a camel, baby goat, cow and a pony. The Amphitheatre is a large outdoor performing arts venue which can accommodate over 1,000 people. The Shade House is an iconic structure towering over the park which houses several species of plants in a moisture controlled environment and has two upper-level decks offering a picturesque view of the park and the surrounding landscape.

In keeping with the park’s history and heritage, over 200 trees from the old park have been salvaged and positioned in their original spaces throughout the park. The park now provides a unique recreational addition to Abu Dhabi’s community spaces with its quality features.
