Review about Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Dubai Mall from Malabanjot Alexis Danielle
The service there is just ok. I mean we never really had a very complicating issued that we faced with our bank before. But usually the person in charge in the information desk is mostly not present. It was a struggle to wait for them. And the instructions given were not as clear as it should be. So what happened is that we have to go back and forth to this branch and to another different bank branch that is involved.
