I think they should hire more staff so they can be able to assist more customers.
Malik Exchange Naif Area has a very understanding staff. There was one time when I went there in a very bad mood. I was having a hard time with myself at that time but the staff who assisted me was so patient and understanding. She really knows how to handle difficult customers like me. And I believe that she also knows the good customer service principle.
