I was really disappointed with their relaxed attitude in the branch of Karama. They confidently promote home delivery, but they are so impoverished in their service, I have to say. They provided me with below-quality shrimp that the very first time I asked for delivery service. I didn't complain because I couldn't go and pick up a variety of stuff by myself. I wish they'd stop telling lies if they can't deliver, and at least say if they can really do it.
