Process in admission is too long and delay, they need to enhance it.
I tried to buy a coupon for their dental cleaning services since I saw a lot of people giving good reviews to their services especially in the Dubai Branch. I visited their Sharjah Branch for Dental Cleaning and when I come to their location I was welcome by one of their staff and instructed me to wait accordingly. But I just waited for an hour just to process the admission of mine to do dental services. I think they need to enhance the process of their admission, especially to first-time clients.
