User Interface of their website need an improvements
I experience ordering some orthopedic goods to their site since I saw that their website is offering an online order. And the transaction is smooth when I communicate with them through a call to follow-up on my order. Placing an order in a bulk is easy for this company they also have a lot to offer when I tried to explore their website. But hope they can still enhance their site there's a lot of room to improve their site.
