I was taking 6 tablets on an empty stomach everyday as directed and finished consuming the 250 tabs yesterday, yet I haven't noticed any effect on my skin, hair or nails so I decided to try another brand: BIOGLAND which only requires 3 tablets a day. Hopefully, I get the desired results.
