Quality product It would be better to improve the customer service
After purchasing a fire extinguisher the support service is not quite a good experience since I would like to know the proper use and handling of what I buy from them, they are not responsive enough to explain to me and to guide me into what would be the process. I think it would be better to implement good customer service even after purchasing.
