Enhance the customer experience
I think it was so hard for me to understand the person I talk when I tried to call them through their customer service hotline. Since there is a piece of specific bathroom equipment I would like to outsource to them, I needed bulk for this item and the customer service representative advised me to just send an email to them. The good thing they are more understandable in the email reply. Thank you for attending me it was greatly appreciated.
