Review about Emirates Star Furniture Trading from Moon Maze

Their products are of good quality. Plus it is affordable. These factors will make the customer buy the products. But for me, another factor that we need to consider is good customer service. That should come first before anything else.
Their staff is not good. They are not paying attention. I was repeating myself regarding the description of the furniture that I want to buy but it was like they don't understand. Customers should always feel valued. I doubt I will come back to Emirates Star Furniture Trading again. I was such a very bad experience.
