This shop has come to my house made to upholster my sofa.  Seemed good from photos and brought in the different types of fabric, of course, all prices and meter requirement changed once he found out that we live at one of the higher-end areas. After taking my furniture, he had sent me a picture of the chair to approve the work which was ok.  He has then completely changed the design of the sofa from 3 separate seats to attached seats.  There was also damage in the alignment of the seats from top to bottom.  I have called them back to come and see what can be done. They took away the sofas called me to check the work that was done on them.  Yet the required work was simply to return the cushion to it is an original design.  Farid managing the shop started shouting at me and being quite aggressive.  I was truly afraid for my life being a woman alone with them.  When I threatened to call the police they said ok let see how we can do the work.  I had told him that he needs to redo the cushions to separate them,  he agreed at the end.  He called me again and to check the work and non of the work required were done. This time I went with my husband, they were extremely violent and very aggressive towards us for asking for the work to be done properly.  They were paid 3500 dirhams to damage the original design of my Italian sofa.  Now they have my sofas at their shop alongside the chair and all the work is damaged.  Photos are after 3 days of usage
