Customer service is very poor. Every time I am calling them, no one is answering. They should do something about it
I am actually trying to call their given hotline number but no one is picking up. I’ve wasted my free time trying just to contact them and it was so disappointing. The next day, I am trying to contact them, but the same thing happened. Like seriously? It’s really pissing me off. What a very poor customer service it was.
