I so often write positive reviews that it's odd and unfortunate to write one with such dissatisfaction. The earbuds had a lot of difficulty pairing to my Macbook and I continued to get a "fail" notice for about an hour before successfully connecting one. And the quality was if there was rain in the background of the music but decided to still try them for an online conference call.
