Review about Dubai Central Post Office from Fekri Fatima

As a customer, I am disappointed that I don't know if I can be able to say any positive comment about their service. I'll leave it here. They should have a proper flow of work inside so people(customers) will not be receiving any delays.
The only thing that I noticed when I first got in here was that customers were waiting for a long period of time to receive the services they need. The main problem based on my experience (I experience the same thing by the way) was the shortage of staff and a not so organize work that leads to poor services. I mean, there is too much time being wasted during the waiting time and people keep on coming inside the receiving area.
