Review about AB's Absolute Barbecues from Gehani Priya

Too much variety of food, lovely birthday cake, good ambiance, best hospitality You tend to overeat and be careful of the spices and oil in indian dishes
In January 2020, I had gone to celebrate one of my family member's birthday at the Deira branch.  Initially, we called to inquire about the deals and they informed us for a free meal only if there are minimum 3 people and to carry ID proof of the birthday person. So we agreed and booked for 4 people! We were extremely delighted with the entrance having a backdrop to photograph. But we chose to click ourselves after the meal. We used the lift to go the 1st floor and on the entrance, the staff asked about the booking details. He took us to the table which was extremely clean and is specially designed to keep the barbecue grill. The ambiance is fantastic. I was amazed by the interiors, the smell of food was driving me crazy. The staff asked us what options we preferred i.e. vegetarian or non-vegetarian. He told us that the barbecue will take some time and we can start trying different items located in other sections of the restaurant. So here we had to help ourselves and we started with chaat like pani puri, bhel puri, sev puri and dahi puri. We also had some mixed food with our selection of sauces and vegetables/chicken. Later we went to our seats and were served with the barbecue such as grilled chicken, fish, prawns, pumpkin, etc. We were also served with potato mix and baby corn which was out of the world! After this we had the main course among which I liked salads, soup, garlic naan, butter chicken, dal makhani, biryani, papad, raita, etc. I loved the desserts like falooda with jelly, gulab jamun etc.  Later a strawberry flavored birthday cake was bought to the table and the staff was so sweet to sing a happy birthday song! Drinks are available but for an additional charge. Prices are high but worth it for the best hospitality! I have never had so much tasty food in my life and will definitely go back to try again!
