Excellent customer service, clean and hygienic, tasty food, presentation is good
Shish twouk is not impressive
Al Safadi Restaurants, a chain of outlets in Dubai that serves you excellent authentic Lebanese cuisine. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times at Sheikh Zayed Road. The ambiance is fabulous and it has comfortable seating available. The staff is courteous and the customer service is excellent. The place is clean and hygienic. It’s a good option to dine out with friends and family. Lots of local residents are seen here and the place is very popular.  It has two separate sections - one for smokers (hookahs are available at a charge) and the other for non-smokers. As I am a non smoker, I have tried a lot of items on the menu and my favorites are Egg with cheese (fried eggs), labneh (fresh creamy yoghurt), zaatar (thyme mixed with oil), fatayer spinach (spinach folded pie), moutabbal (mashed eggplant blended with tahini and lemon juice), tabouleh (parsley, tomato and onion salad), coleslaw (cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise), vine leaves (rice stuffed grape leaves in oil),  falafel plate (fried falafel with tahini, pickle and vegetable), Hummus beiruty (hummus with parsley, cumin and garlic), fried kebbe (meat and crushed wheat dough stuffed with minced meat), cheese rolls (spring rolls stuffed with fried cheese), chicken biryani (cooked basmati rice with chicken), chicken cream soup, chicken shawarma platter (shawarma with garlic sauce, french fries and pickle), kabab khashkhash (minced meat with garlic and parsley served on tomato sauce) which are extremely delicious and out of the world! Only the shish twouk (marinated chicken cubes) was nothing impressive. I liked the cocktail juice a lot. Among the desserts cheese kunafa (baked semolina pastry with cheese), mixed fruit platter are succulent. At the end of the meal we usually prefer Turkish coffee which helps in digestion. The presentation of the dishes are amazing. Prices are quite affordable. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try Lebanese food in a decent restaurant.
