Review about Bharat & Deepak Restaurant from Gehani Priya

Economical, budget-friendly, tastes like home food Oily breakfast, dabeli not good quality
I usually like to eat breakfast with my cousin at this restaurant on my off days because it is very close to the building I reside in. It is primarily a North Indian vegetarian food joint located in Bur Dubai. The koki and muli paratha with dal plus pickle is soo yummy. The poori bhaji is delicious and special lassi makes you extremely full. I started licking my fingers because I love these dishes a lot. Sometimes they don't give any cutlery with order but service is quick. Restaurant staff is friendly. The breakfast is a bit oily and thankfully we can dry them up by using tissues on the table. The ambiance is simple and the place gets packed with bachelors. The restaurant is not so clean and most of the chairs are a bit dusty. One day, I also did a take away lunch for my work from this outlet which included dal pakwan, seyal phulka and dahi bhalla. I don't remember if I was really hungry or these items were actually so tasty LOL. The packaging was done very well with the foil paper and food grade containers. My dad also surprised us a month later by taking me to this outlet for snacks and we had samosas which were very big in size for the cost. The dabeli was tasting like a left-over food and I refused to have that item. We also tried bhel puri and kachori chaat which definitely reminded me of my summer vacations back in India. The chutneys need to improve a bit in taste but it wasn't so bad to eat. The quantity is good but quality is average.Prices are very economical and budget friendly. In a nutshell it is very desi and reminds you of food at home because of the simplicity!
