Review about Chicago Fried Chicken from Mack Neal

They have a variety of chicken-style dishes. Not assuring that the order is complete before serving to the customer
Already visit and eat to Moweila Branch but since I'm in Rolla, Sharjah branch I thought I would be getting the same customer service offered to their other branch but this got me so disappointed for the reason that my order named Schezwan Fried Rice has been served without any sauce and it's just in a piece of disposal plate, I tried to request from their staff for the sauce but they have not provided me my request.
